A graduate of the University of
Massachusetts, Amherst, MA, Robert
M. Goodman,
M.D. obtained
his Bachelor of Science degree summa cum laude before
attending Tufts University Medical School, Boston, MA
where he earned his Doctor of Medicine Degree in 1978. Dr.
Goodman completed his internship in Internal Medicine at Newtown
Wellesley Hospital, Newtown, MA. He completed
a year of General Surgery residency at the University
of Massachusetts Medical Center, Worchester, MA and
a residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Tufts-New England
Medical Center, Boston, MA. In 1984, Dr.
Goodman completed a fellowship in Nuclear Medicine/Ultrasound/CT
at Tufts-New England Medical Center. He is board
certified by the American Board of Radiology.
Currently, Dr.
Goodman is on the Attending Staff in
the Department of Radiology at Huntington Hospital,
Huntington, NY. He maintains memberships in several
professional societies, including:
- American College of Radiology
- American Medical Association
- Long Island Radiological Society
- Medical Society State of New York
- Suffolk County Medical Society
